ABOUT OUR WORK
What is a cinematic venue tour?

A cinematic venue tour is a professionally produced film that captures the atmosphere, architecture, light, and character of a hospitality space — going far beyond a traditional video walkthrough. It's not just a record of what a room looks like. It's a carefully composed, directed, and edited experience designed to make someone feel what it's like to actually be there.

Depending on the space and the story we're telling, a cinematic tour may also include action elements — a bartender at work, a chef cooking and plating, the energy of a kitchen before service. These moments add life and rhythm to the film and give event planners and guests a complete picture of what an evening in your space actually feels like.

The result is content that works everywhere: your website, your sales team's proposals, your Instagram, your event and private dining pages — every day, long after the shoot is done.

What packages do you offer?

We offer two core packages and a suite of add-ons designed to give you exactly the content you need — nothing more, nothing less.

The Cinematic Tour
Our signature product. A long-form cinematic tour of your full space, running 60 seconds to 3 minutes in 16:9 format. Every frame is composed and directed to capture the light, rhythm, and character of your venue — giving guests and event planners a complete, emotional picture of what it feels like to be there. This is the asset that lives on your website, powers your sales team's proposals, and works for your business every day.

The Brand Story
For brands with a deeper story to tell, we also produce Brand Story films — narrative-driven cinematic pieces that go beyond the space to capture identity, people, and philosophy. These are bespoke projects; reach out to discuss whether it's the right fit for your brand.

Add-Ons

The Trailer
A vibey, fast-cut trailer of your space built from existing tour footage. 20 to 40 seconds, 16:9 format. Designed to hook attention on your website homepage or in a sales email before someone watches the full tour.

Individual Space Tour
A full cinematic tour of a single room or area — a private dining room, a rooftop, a bar. 20 to 40 seconds, 16:9 format. Designed to live on your private events pages, giving planners an immersive look at each bookable space before they ever pick up the phone.

Highlight Reel
A short-form cut built from action footage and/or standout details — a bartender at work, a chef plating, a piece of art, an architectural moment. 20 to 40 seconds, 16:9 format. Brings energy and personality to your social channels in a way a space-only tour doesn't.

Social Reels
Short-form vertical content built for Instagram Reels and TikTok. 10 to 20 seconds, 9:16 format. Scroll-stopping cuts designed to perform in-feed.

Social Clips
A variety of short vertical clips from your shoot, delivered for ongoing social media use. 9:16 format. Gives your team a library of ready-to-post content across platforms.

The Raw Footage
All footage shot during your session, delivered unedited. For brands who want full creative control over additional cuts or want to archive everything for future use.

All add-ons are shot during the same session as your core package, keeping the process efficient and the visual language consistent across every deliverable. Every project is priced based on the scope of your shoot — venue size, number of spaces, and final deliverables all factor in. Once we understand your content needs we'll put together a tailored quote.

Do you offer photography?

Yes — architectural and design photography is available as part of any project. Our stills focus on the same things our films do: the bones of a space, the quality of light, the material details and design character that make a room distinctive. The result is hero imagery for your website galleries, press kits, private events pages, and investor decks.

We do not offer food photography. That's a specialist discipline with its own lighting, equipment, and expertise — and our focus is entirely on environment, atmosphere, and the human energy within a space. If your shoot includes action elements — a bartender, a chef at the pass, a kitchen in motion — those are captured as part of the film, not as standalone stills.

How is a cinematic tour different from a 360 virtual tour?

A 360 virtual tour — like those produced by platforms such as Matterport — is a technical scanning tool. It lets a viewer navigate a space themselves using a headset or browser, and it's primarily designed for measurement, documentation, and spatial planning. It captures a space accurately. It doesn't capture it emotionally.

A cinematic tour is the opposite approach. It's a directed film — every frame composed, every transition intentional, every moment of light and movement chosen to communicate something specific about your space. It's personal, evocative, and emotional in a way that a technical scan never can be.

One shows a viewer where the walls are. The other makes them want to book a table or host an event.

What types of venues do you work with?

All kinds! We work with any hospitality space that is sold — meaning any venue that has a space that they sell for a large group or events but honestly, our videos are good assets for anyone who wants to show off their space to capture the imagination of future customers. This includes restaurants, fine dining establishments, lounges and bars, boutique hotels and their dining spaces, event spaces, wineries, breweries, game venues, private dining rooms, and private and members-only clubs. If your space has a story worth telling, we're the right team to tell it.

THE PROCESS
What does the production process look like from start to finish?

Every project begins with a discovery conversation where we learn about your space, your brand, your audience, and what you need the video to do for your business. From there we schedule the shoot — typically during off-hours before service or on a closed day. After the shoot, we will work on an edit and deliver a first cut for your review with additional reviews depending on your final deliverables. Final delivery of MP4(s) is via WeTransfer.

How long does a shoot take?

Most shoots run between two and four hours depending on the size and complexity of the space. Large-format event venues or multi-room and/or multi-level properties may require additional time. We'll give you a clear timeline during the planning process so your team knows exactly what to expect.

Do we need to close for the shoot?

No need to close specifically for the shoot, but we strongly recommend shooting before service or on a day you are closed. We're experienced at working efficiently around hospitality schedules and will work with your operations team to find the right window.

What do we need to prepare before the shoot?

Your space should be service ready. Showcase the space as you'd want a guest to see it. This is your chance to shine — use this opportunity to go above and beyond, freshen up your space, make sure all light bulbs are working, tables are set and chairs are in line. Fresh flowers, candles and/or table lights help set the mood.

DELIVERABLES & USAGE
What do we receive when the project is complete?

Final deliverables are determined by your package and chosen add-ons. A typical project includes a full-length Cinematic Tour along with any combination of add-ons — The Trailer, Individual Space Tours, Highlight Reels, Social Reels, Social Clips, or The Raw Footage. All files are delivered as MP4s via WeTransfer.

How can we use the video once we have it?

Every way that matters. Your cinematic tour can live on your website as a hero asset, be embedded in your private events pages, shared across Instagram and other social channels, included in sales proposals and event packages, used in email campaigns, and presented to investors or ownership. It's a 24/7 asset that works for your sales and events team independently of them — allowing planners and guests to experience your space before a single conversation happens.

How long is a typical cinematic venue tour?

Full-length cinematic tours typically run between two and four minutes. Short-form social cuts are generally 20 to 45 seconds. We calibrate length to the platform and the purpose — a website hero video has different needs than an Instagram Reel or a sales presentation embed.

WORKING WITH US
Do you offer strategic guidance on video content?

Yes — and for many clients this is where we start. Before a single frame is shot, we'll work with you to understand what you're trying to achieve: where your sales process has gaps, how your current marketing tools are performing, and where video content can do the most work for your business.

Think of it as a content audit. We'll look at your website, your private events pages, your social presence, and your sales materials — and help you identify exactly what you need and in what order. The goal is to make sure every deliverable we produce has a clear job to do.

Who are your clients?

We work with some of the most celebrated names in hospitality. Our client portfolio includes Jean-Georges Restaurants (Four Twenty Five, abcV, The Inn at Pound Ridge), Quality Branded (Bad Roman, Twin Tails, Quality Italian), The Lever Club, Resident (Chelsea Industrial, Santa Monica Post Office, James Beard House), Major Food Group (Carbone, Contessa at The Newbury Hotel, Chateau ZZ's), Bacchus Management Group (Spruce, The Village Pub, Augustine), Boka Group (Girl & the Goat, Los Angeles) and La Pecora Bianca among others.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes — and we do it regularly. We are based in New York City and shoot nationwide. Our current portfolio spans New York City, Miami, Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Washington DC. We'll go wherever the work is worth the trip, and we're experienced at executing efficiently in markets outside our home base.

How do I know if my venue is a good fit?

If you're a venue director, sales manager, event coordinator, or hospitality brand looking to show the world what your space is actually like — you're a good fit. The venues we work with best are those that understand their room is their most powerful marketing asset and want content that reflects that. A quick conversation is usually all it takes to know.

How do we get started?
